Armstrong plays rock music. Their Songs are well produced and with lots of melody. After starting with an intro from Glen Matlock (Sex Pistols) there is a mix of Rock'n'Roll, Hard-Rock, New Rock and even some Emo influences. It's okay for what it is but I have heard this simply composed rocksongs countless times before. To me what is missing on this release are some inventive or unique elements. Maybe this one would have been more relevant ten years ago. It just reminds me of the daily broadcast sound.

Although this debut record is self-released by the band their music seems to be more oriented to larger venues than to small basement shows. The promo sheet provides me information about Shows in London, Brighton and Liverpool and support shows for Mando Diao. I am sure this will find some fans on their support shows of bigger alternative acts.
