From Wegberg in the deepest west comes Germany's latest thrashcore hype. But these guys are really worth the attention they get. Their debut 7“ even contains two veritable hits: „The unseen homocaust“ and „You'll never burn the black flag“. The latter is exactly how deutschpunk should sound today. This is the sound that could move young kids back in the pit again joined with political lyrics that are, well, pretty pathetic, but hey, we are talking about punk here. The band is so beautifully fast just as thrash should be and the backings are really oh my god, what a power! Best backing vocals since Good Clean Fun. The whole records is so damn vitalistic, powerful and positive, it's a joy. The sound is good, the splatter layout is nice and 12 songs are really a lot for a 7“. All this plus the funny samples between the songs make this record a definite highlight. „eins, zwo, homo!“ [jan]
