Anyway I ain’t here to judge namedropping but to write about music and if their agency thinks it might help to drop that name then be it so. The info says the band has been quite successful on both sides of the Atlantic but personally I have never heard or read a single word about them. However they are far from being bad and the artwork is very cute and beautiful. Their singing in two voices, the charming acoustic guitars and the piano are a pleasure for the ear. Everything sounds warm and soft like a sofa cushion. Kids who take Dashboard Confessional serious will melt away for sure…

What is really bad on the other hand is the bad, bad, bad screaming they bring in sometimes. The info speaks of “acoustic screamo” but if screamo wasn’t a swearword itself this would be blasphemy. Screaming in good screaming means screaming out what has to be screamed and not screaming for mere effect. Otherwise we end up on bands like My Chemical Romance or Billy Talent. The really horrible thing is that I can very well imagine that this is exactly where this band wants to go to. I wish them good luck. They are good in the shitty thing they do, so they would deserve it.
