The album kicks off with “raven gegen deutschland”, a top hit that they’ve been playing live already for a while and whose slogan is being sported on t-shirts anywhere between List on Sylt and Passau. Track two is a new version of “lustprinzip” that has already been out as an e-single. Somehow I prefer the old version, sorry. Track three “der tausch” is my personal fave on this record. Total smasher. Good beat, good lyrics and good humour. Please play this to all attac junkies on this planet! Track four “nicht nur raver” is good as well and deals with the often heard accusation Egotronic and all those pop antifas were only into partying and not into politics. Track five “xtc-boy” features Plemo and is okay. The rest of the record is lame and boring.

Another ep with just the four good songs would have been better in my eyes and the Udo Lindenberg persiflage on “ich kann dich fahren” is just plain bad. Just press stop after track five!  [jan]
