Captain Planet are from Hamburg and play like emotional punkrock with german lyrics and have just released a 7“ with a most awesome artwork, a real piece of art. I would really like to know what is printed on the inner side of where the vinyl is put in but I don't want to destroy this beautiful piece of cardboard... The music is amazing as well and Hauke Albrecht once again conjured a brilliant sound. Personal, lyrical lyrics, vocals in two voices, energetic drumming, a lively bass sound and saccharine guitars make these four songs just so beautiful. Pretty rapid, kinda pushing. I really don't know what to write, which names to drop. So I keep repeating that I like it. I really do. The more I listen to it the more I like it. Potential hits all of them. The guys were on tour with Matula and that was a really good combination as to me they are the two best bands of this style in a very large circumference. Wir sind raus... [jan]
