The info sheet praises a merging of indie rock and posthardcore. To me this is way to tough to be labelled indierock and due to of the lack of hardcore elements I don't see any reason for regarding this as posthardcore. This is alternative rock music influenced by disco NuRock or NuMetal. However I am not sure if the sound of Köppernjugend works in a mainstream-alternative disco. For these targeted audiences the band plays their 11 songs way too unconventional. [benni]
