But I know that they come from the north of France and play the style of music that is often called modern hardcore nowadays. They play old school rooted hardcore with a metallic edge, a certain darkness and hymnal singalongs. Sometimes I think of the first Modern Life Is War 7”, in other moments I think of Comeback Kid.

The lyrics are mainly about personal stuff except the first song that is expressing anger about the scene losing ideals and becoming a fashion show. Oh yeah, that is so damn true… No doubt this record represents the current flavour in the hardcore scene. It is really well done and worth checking out for everyone who is into the bands on labels like Bridge Nine or Death Wish. French hardcore seems to be on the rise! [jan]
